Good evening fearLESS friends. I've missed you and my wellness blog! I know I have not posted since September or October but believe me it was for a good reason. I recently went through some major life changes starting in mid October of 2016 and this involved a lot of personal and professional challenges, including relocating to a different part of Connecticut. Now that things have settled down and me and my animal companions have had a chance to catch our breath and regroup I am ready to get back to our journey together. And geez, it sure has been one heck of a ride that is for certain. Spiraling up though friends, spiraling up.
Tonight I just wanted to jump right in and share with you two healing tools that have been super beneficial to me over the years as well as just talking a little bit about how important it is to have a sacred space of our own where we can feel safe, grounded and connected to source.
