Herbs & Home Cupping

Hey there fearLESS friends! This is a follow up to one of my recent blog posts. This video will explain further the practice of cupping and the healing benefits it provides. As I'm sure many of you saw in the Rio 2016 Olympics cupping has hit center stage lately in the media.

Over the last four years I have been receiving TCM treatments at the Wu Healing Center in West Hartford, CT with Dr. Ming Wu. One of the tools I have used during my wellness journey is cupping, along with many Chinese herbs. This short clip will introduce you to the herb I'm presently using for a nasty spider bite infection as well as the at home cupping set I purchased from Ming in order to treat the bite further.
